INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add the vodka, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and peppermint extract. Stir to combine. Top of with ginger beer. Garnish with pomegranate arils, a grapefruit slice, and fresh mint. DRINK.
